Job Description:
WTW is looking for a professional with market-facing commercial
insurance experience in the US to join as a Consultant for Digital
Transformation on the Neuron team in our Insurance Consulting and
Technology (ICT) practice. - In this role, you will collaborate
with our team of technical and strategic consultants to implement
digital trading solutions for our commercial insurance clients.The
Role -ICT provides a powerful combination of advisory services for
insurance companies, integrated with leading-edge technology
solutions and software, all underpinned by unparalleled analytical
capability. WTW has ambitious growth plans for our North America
P&C propositions, especially -Neuron, our digital trading
solution, which enables underwriters and brokers to connect
digitally to share submissions and transact business. - -This
position can be based in a major U.S. Market and is open to
remote/virtual work.Note that visa employment-based non-immigrant

job opportunity.ResponsibilitiesExecute as a senior business
analyst on discovery, proof of value, and implementation
engagements for Neuron liaising between the client and the
technology (TC) teamsLead current state process discussions with
carriers and brokers in conjunction with TCCollaborate with the
team to develop client implementation roadmapsMap carrier
underwriting appetites and product offerings for digital trading
frameworks -Leverage underwriting and market knowledge to serve as
a subject matter expertDevelop a trusted advisor relationship with
client contacts through effective communicationDiscuss and
demonstrate applications of WTW's technology products to
clientsParticipate fully on the Neuron team to help achieve Neuron
sales and delivery goalsRequirementsMinimum of 5 years industry
experienceMarket-facing underwriting and/or broking
experienceExperience leading cross-functional teamsComprehensive
understanding of core P&C commercial lines insurance
productsKnowledge of North American insurance marketplace and
distribution strategiesCapable of leveraging past experience and
expertise to adapt to current projects and challenges outside of
core skill setComfortable navigating ambiguity and developing
innovative solutionsCommitted to training and mentoring junior
colleaguesPracticed in managing complex projects and delegating
work to senior and junior colleaguesAvailable to travel as
neededNice to HavesConsulting and transformation
experienceParticipation in a rotational underwriting training
program or exposure to multiple lines of businessProfessional
designations such as CPCU, ARM or RPLU -This position will remain

identified.Compensation and BenefitsBase salary range and benefits
information for this position are being included in accordance with
requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation.
Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the
same role based on several factors, including but not limited to
location of the role, individual competencies,
education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience,
performance in the role and potential for revenue generation
(Producer roles only).CompensationThe base salary compensation
range being offered for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 USD. This
role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive
