Job Description:
We are a rapidly growing organization in the Wayne, NJ area. We
are seeking to hire an Assistant Controller to join our progressive
team of professionals. The ideal candidate will be responsible but
not limited to the following responsibilities: The Assistant
Controller will report directly to the Controller and oversee the
General Accounting responsibilities, which include the
following.Oversee and coordinate all financial activities.Manage
the monthly-end and year-end closing process.Preparation of
Consolidated Financial Statements.Foreign exchange and
international reporting.Coordinate and lead the annual audit
process, liaise with external auditors; assess any changes
necessary.Oversee Revenue Recognition management
process.High-volume Contracts Management-ensuring contract billing
and financial data and cash receipts are steady.Set controls and
budgets to mitigate risk and increase return on
investments.Standardize and maintain a--system of Accounting
records and techniques.Conduct internal audits to assess financial
status.Serve as primary contact for external auditors.Ensure
compliance with federal and state regulations.Knowledge and
Educational Experience:15+ years of GAAP Accounting & Reporting
experienceStrong attention to detail and
problem-solvingMedical/Healthcare experienceMS Office Professional
Experience (Advanced Excel)SAP experience -preferred Bachelor of
Science Degree in Accounting requiredCPA license-required
