Job Description:

Our client, a growing telecommunication service company located in Wayne, NJ is seeking a Senior Accountant for a long term consulting role. They are seeking a solid accountant with strong ERP experience.



Duties:

Responsible for monthly and quarterly closing procedures.

Perform balance sheet analysis and reconciliation to ensure GL accuracy, including maintaining clear supporting documentation and tie-outs to sub-accounts/sub-ledgers.
Monitor and reconcile inventory entries.
Assist with bank reconciliations.
Maintain balance sheet schedules.
Manage job number request process and project info set-up in systems.
Assist with credit card coding review and journal entries; apply incoming cash.
Communicate with multiple project managers on expense job costing.
Support audit requirements by providing documentation and answering audit requests from external auditors



Requirements:



BS in accounting or finance
5-7 years accounting experience
Experience with ERP systems and Excel
Construction, job cost, WIP experience a plus
