We are looking for an energetic Bookkeeper to join our growing team! The ideal candidate will be willing to learn and work closely with team members.

Responsibilities:


Assist with the daily operations of the accounting and administrative department

Process accounts payable and receivable

Support in managing cashflows and ongoing contracts

Coordinate and prepare month-end reconciliations for all accounts and inventory

Process and submit commissions as well as assist with payroll processing

Ensures that all accounts are up-to-date and accurate

Ensure all schedules are reconciled and cleaned on a timely basis

Assist with special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned


Qualifications:


High school diploma or equivalent

3-5 years of accounting experience, automotive industry preferred

Knowledge of using a dealership management system a plus

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multitask

Must have a valid driver's license and travel as necessary

Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
