In this role, the Tax Director/Partner will be responsible for sophisticated tax services including planning, trusts and projections, partnership and corporation returns, gift, foundation and C-Corporations, investment partnerships, trusts, and foundations. Responsibilities include:

• The Tax Director/Partner will identify tax planning opportunities and discuss with clients
  
• Coach, delegate and develop staff, signing off client work relevant to the experience level of the people on your team
  
• As a Tax Director/Partner you will maintain technical excellence, tax research and writing skills, and staying in touch with legislative changes that impact clients
  
• Develop a professional network and referral sources, consistently generate business for all practice areas
