Position: HRIS and Reporting Analyst Position Type: Temporary - PermanentLocation: Wayne, NJ or New York, NYHours: 8:00am - 5:00pm We are looking for an HRIS and Reporting Analyst who will support Senior HR executives at a prestigious organization. The person selected for this role will provide support for HR analytics, data collection and reporting, in addition to being a part of the HRIS team. The candidate will translate data into actionable insights for senior HR and business leaders to help guide and deliver on their data needs from standard reporting to executive level analysis and recommendations. What you will be doing: Build and enhance analytics capabilities by collecting and compiling HR metrics/data from a variety of sources.Analyze data and statistics for trends and patterns regarding recruitment, hiring practices, employee engagement, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.Develop and optimize HR dashboards and monthly reports/metrics for the Executive Team.Provide strategic frameworks for statistical data modeling of critical workforce planning measures.Conduct end-to-end analysis that includes data gathering and requirements specification, processing, analysis, and ongoing deliverables.Ensure data integrity and confidentiality within all HR technologies and vendor systems Proactively utilize technology to increase effectiveness, accuracy, value, and influence decisions across the business.Responsible for high priority HRIS data entry and mass uploads.Support the HR team, senior leaders, and vendors with HR data reporting requirements for compliance and other strategic initiatives. Work closely with stakeholders on compliance reporting and data requirementsResponsible for creating/modifying/accuracy of reports for assigned systems. What experience we are looking for: BA/BS degree or three (3) plus years of experience required.Advanced knowledge of HRIS systems (ADP preferred). Experience with data management and understanding of data structures. Strong Project Management skills.Strong communication skills (verbal & written) and ability to partner effectively across the organization.Ability to work with a high degree of complexity. Ability to think creatively and problem solve; highly driven and self-motivated.Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize work to deliver projects on time. **Please note, Jersey staffing does not currently have any mandatory vaccination policies for COVID-19.
