BachelorsThe Web and Email Designer is responsible for converting
designs, text, and images into functional Adobe Experience Manager
(AEM) pages and Marketo/Knak emails. This position involves
collaborating with marketing and product leadership to develop and
keep website content, graphics, and images current. Ideal
candidates will have a BS/MS in a field like Human-Computer
Interaction or Visual Arts, at least two years of relevant
experience, and a portfolio demonstrating strong front-end skills.
Experience with AEM, Marketo, and Knak is required, and an Adobe
Marketo Engage certification is mandatory. This position will work
30 hours per week.Responsibilities:Convert design comps, text and
images, to quality Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) pagesDevelop
email information into functioning Marketo/Knak emailsWork with
product marketing, product leadership, and marketing leadership to
keep website content and images currentDevelop website content and
graphics by coordinating with copywriters, graphic artists,
marketing leadership; mastering/sizing images, icons, and visual
enhancementsUpdate digital content and graphics; monitor
performance and results; identify and evaluate improvement options;
introduce new technology; maintain links and online
documentsCommunicate to internal teams on all issues relating to
the website; troubleshoot website-related issuesAdhere to and
promote design guidelines, best practices, and
standardsQualifications:BS/MS in Human-Computer Interaction,
Computer Science, Interactive Design or a Visual Arts subject2
