The Mechanical Engineer works in conjunction with Senior Management to ensure products are developed according to strategic plan delineated main stockholders. The Mechanical Engineer is trusted with the management of the engineering department regarding personnel headcount, composition, performance, and alignment with the business; product development processes and adherence thereto; technical and cost integrity of designs; and in collaboration with Program Management, project timelines. The Mechanical Engineer will ensure procedures are in place to guarantee new products meet customer expectations and branding standards. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative products and systems that meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with our team of engineers and designers to ensure that our products are of the highest quality and meet all industry standards. Responsibilities:

• Design and develop mechanical components and systems using CAD software
• Create 2D CAD drawings and models for production
• Work with sheet metal fabrication to create prototypes and final products
• Develop EMI filters for power distribution units
• Conduct testing and analysis to ensure that products meet industry standards and client requirements
• Collaborate with other engineers and designers to ensure that products are of the highest quality
• Participate in product development meetings and provide input and suggestions for improvement
• Assist in the preparation of technical documentation and reports
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technologyQualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in Mechanical Engineering
  • Proficient in CAD software and 2D CAD drawings
  • Experience with sheet metal fabrication
  • Knowledge of EMI filters and power distribution units
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
