Production Test Technician, you'll be at the heart of our RF
testing operations-validating, troubleshooting, and refining
systems that must perform flawlessly in the harshest environments.

lead from the bench. Develop detailed RF test specifications,
methods, and procedures using technical drawings, standard work,
and schematics-translating complex requirements into actionable
plans Assist in preparing technical reports that analyze RF
performance data and recommend solutions to elevate system
reliability Calibrate, maintain, and improve RF test equipment to
ensure consistent, high-accuracy measurements across production
Lead and mentor a small team of RF-focused test technicians,
driving collaboration and technical excellence within your area
Maintain all required certifications to support compliance and
operational readiness in RF testing environments Recommend and
implement 6S improvements that enhance safety, efficiency, and
quality across RF test stations and workflows Qualifications
Minimum: Willing to work weekend shift. Minimum 2 years of RF test
technician experience in a manufacturing work environment. Ability
to setup and operate a Phase Network Analyzer (PNA) or Vector
Network Analyzer (VNA). High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Timekeeping system, ERP system,
Routing, etc.) Detail-oriented with good manual and eye dexterity
(precise). This position requires access to technology, materials,
software or hardware that is controlled by US export laws. In order
to be eligible for this position, you must be a "US Person" under
US export laws (or eligible for approval under a U.S. Government
export license). Ability to obtain and maintain a security
clearance. Preferred: 3 years of RF test technician experience in a
manufacturing work environment. Associates Degree or Technical
Degree in Electrical Technology. Military Electronic Schools or
Electronic Training from military. Active Security Clearance.
Experience in defense or aerospace industry. Ability to adapt to
changing circumstances and embrace new challenges. Willingness to
take on diverse projects and work with different teams. U.S. PERSON
