Heavy Collision Damage Estimator Full Time Location: North
Bergen, NJ Compensation: $25 hourly based on experience
Monday–Thursday (7am-3:30pm) Friday (6am-2:30pm) (Days/Hours are
subject to change) Looking for a new and exciting career
opportunity? We are actively hiring a Heavy Collision Damage
Estimator to join our growing team! Coach USA has a great
opportunity available at our corporately owned, clean, and well
maintained facility. Job Summary: Coach USA’s in house body shop,
Perfect Body Co., is seeking a detail oriented and experienced
Heavy Collision Damage Estimator to work in a fast paced
environment. The ideal candidate will be organized, customer
focused, and a strong team player with experience estimating heavy
bus collision repairs. This position requires strong communication
skills and the ability to accurately assess vehicle damage, prepare
repair estimates, and coordinate with technicians and management.

Essential Functions: Inspect and evaluate heavy collision damage
Prepare detailed and accurate repair estimates Communicate
effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams Coordinate
repair timelines with shop personnel Maintain organized and
accurate documentation of estimates and repairs Ensure compliance
with company policies and safety standards Assist in maintaining a
clean and efficient work environment Qualifications: 3 years of
collision estimating experience Heavy bus collision experience
preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Highly
organized and detail oriented Ability to work in a fast paced
environment Team oriented mindset Proficiency with estimating
