We are looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager to be responsible for the full recruiting life cycle from managing requisitions and job postings in our ATS to identifying top talent and bringing them successfully through the hiring process.

The responsibilities include managing coordinators in a high-volume recruiting environment, creating and publishing job ads, interviewing candidates, and proactively seeking out new candidate sources. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with full-cycle recruitment including fully-commissioned as well as base plus variable compensated sales roles.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of talent coordinators and specialists in managing the sales onboarding roster and ensuring new employee readiness in a high-volume recruiting environment.

Gather and report on job board analytics to Sales leadership, Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.

Track and report on recruitment KPI metrics, i.e. time to fill, applicant conversion ratios, and source of hire.

Communicate with sales leadership weekly, to update monthly, quarterly and annual hiring goals.

Interview candidates at various stages of the hiring process (phone screening calls, video interviews and in-person meetings).

Use skill assessment tools and tests to screen candidates.

Manage the team in sourcing candidates on job boards, resume databases, professional networks and through referrals; and managing the communication with candidates from application through onboarding.

Maintain and improve our employer brand, ensuring that we attract, hire and retain people who contribute to our companys growth.

Requirements

4+ years of full life cycle recruiting

Experience recruiting for sales positions, both fully-commissioned and base plus variable compensation models

Team leadership experience

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong negotiation and influencing skills

Solar experience is a big plus

Interest or passion for the solar industry / clean energy is a plus
