Job AdvertRole SynopsisWorks with the Global EV & Business Development Director and the Key Account Teams in Americas and Europe to drive all EV Fluid business development activities with strategic and new EV Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and manufacturing suppliers (Tier 1s). Develops and maintains a new business development pipeline. Works with the Global EV & Growth Unit to develop new offers for EV Fluids, primarily within the Automotive sector. Collaborates with other bp units around future mobility and electrification related to EV OEMs.Your Tasks:

  • Identify and develop new EV Fluid growth opportunities with target EV OEM / Tier 1 accounts in line with strategy
  • Collaborate with Americas and Europe Performance Units & Technology teams to strengthen the new business opportunity pipeline
  • Prepare detailed business proposals to senior management
  • Develop and expand existing local EV OEM relationships on a Global scale
  • Work with key bp entities regarding new EV OEM targets
  • Evaluate offer portfolio for target customers and work with marketing and technology to develop products and offers that are fit for purpose and competitive in the market.
  • Maintain prospect contact maps at the appropriate level in target organizations in alignment with Global EV & Business Development Director and Regional Key Account Teams.
  • Support Global EV & Business Development Director in the development of new non-EV Business opportunities, as appropriate.Your background:
    • Minimum graduate degree or equivalent required, MBA or related post graduate qualification or equivalent desirable.
    • Minimum of 8 years of Business Development and Sales experience or knowledge in B2B/ B2B2B/ B2B2C relationships in diverse and exciting environments
    • Understanding of long-term planning, turning points and interdependencies of cross functional projects.
    • Demonstrate experience in Automotive Industry, with knowledge in electrification or digital at least one of these being desirable.This is what you can expect:
