Position Responsibilities:

Direct Mail and Shared Mail Process Management
Design offer strategy
Manage quantities and budget
Work with Analytics and Marketing Database Vendor to track all programs and tests. Optimize for improved performance
Manage tests for response and connect optimization
Test new creative formats, new messaging content, and offer constructs
Work with Analytics team to track all programs and marketing tests from list pull to channel lift
Prepare and publish, in conjunction with Analytics team, performance of every campaign, by segment, by offer

Direct Mail Creative Content Management
Agency briefing and coordination
Develop and manage Content, Creative and Versioning - twice per month
Create Direct Mail Matrices for operational control

o Upload campaign detail to Matrices - twice per month
Assign phone numbers and coordinates
Channel call to action twice per month
Oversee Marketing Phone Number Assignment Process and maintain phone logs monthly
Manage legal and Executive approvals

Shared Mail Creative Content Management
Agency briefing and coordination
Manage tests for optimization and improvement
Develop and manage content, format, creative and versioning
Assign phone numbers and coordinate channel call to action
Manage all Legal and Executive approvals
Retain historical records

Email and New Launches
Manage all Marketing initiated by Company email communications
Manage Agency relationship with email vendor
Launch SMS and text message capabilities

Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in related field, highly preferred
3+ years of experience planning and executing direct response campaigns using traditional mail, email, and SMS digital tactics, required
Experience with analysis and testing
Experience in managing performance -led campaigns
Cable or Telecom experience, preferred

Skills Requirements:
Strong creative content and persuasive writing skills - ad agency experience, a plus!
Strong analytical skills: ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and utilize learnings to develop actionable recommendations that improve performance
Meticulous ability to manage multiple projects and activities
Effective communication skills including ability to organize information and present findings and recommendations
Ability to effectively manage time; prioritize and execute tasks in a high pressure and time sensitive environment
Keen attention to detail
Ability to leverage technology to improve performance
Self-motivated and self-directed

Disclaimer: The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $95, 000.
