Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Marketing Manager to
scale their customer marketing program across various channels.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with strategic customers,
advocating for their success
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft customer stories
supporting go-to-market initiatives
Own the Customer Advisory Board and develop strategies for customer
storytelling across multiple formats and channels
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree is required
6+ years of relevant marketing experience, with at least 4+ years
in customer marketing in the B2B enterprise space
Experience managing a customer marketing program from strategy to
execution
Proven ability to work cross-functionally with various teams
Track record of success in dynamic and sometimes ambiguous
environments
