- Lead, develop, and inspire a diverse and dynamic team
- Engage in direct, friendly interactions with guests
- Collaborate actively with team members on the line
- Analyze sales data, manage expenses, and oversee payroll and
inventory
- Uphold stringent standards of safety, cleanliness, and
organizationQualifications:
- Preferred: At least two years of experience as a restaurant
manager
- Strong financial skills, including proficiency with P&Ls
and COGS
- Must have a food handler certification
