The US is our largest global market, and we are looking to find the right individual to join our Company team as our Vice President of People Operations. Vice President, People Operations- US Job Description: We’re hiring a Vice President, People Operations- US to lead the business partner, talent management, and core services functions at Company US. In this role, you will help us create an irresistible organization driven by operational excellence, strategic human resources development, and solid business partnership. You will ... Lead the Company-US People Operations teams—including our business partners, talent management, and core services functions. Lead long-range human resource strategies and practices for the US organization to meet specific business objectives, with measurable outcomes. Responsible for overseeing the planning, development, implementation and administration of the company’s human resources strategies, as well as supporting programs, including: succession planning, payroll, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition & management, learning and organizational development, diversity initiatives, performance management, and employee relations programs. Champion positive employee relations to shape the community, morale, and culture of Company—with an obsessive focus on building a great place to work. Help us create an irresistible organization that will drive engagement through developing mastery, autonomy, and purpose for our employees. Be a constant promoter for our core value, “learning never stops”, focusing on career development and training, to make employees more capable and effective in their roles. Drive recruitment initiatives to source high-caliber candidates, strategically grow the team, and position our employer brand. Provide internal coaching and development to peer senior management team members and other business leaders. Ensure employee growth keeps up with and enables company growth. Ensure leadership/management have the mission and capability to develop & empower their own teams to crush our goals. Ensure we can meet the current & future talent needs of Company. Ensure business processes comply with regulatory and legal requirement globally to minimize risk to the organization. Your qualities... An expert: Demonstrating deep expertise in multiple domains of human resources practice. You are skilled at scaling efficient, high-performing operations in an environment of constant change. You apply your deep knowledge of HR best practices within the context of the organizational realities. You are a people person: You have a high degree of emotional intelligence. You build relationships and win trust easily. You are a strategic counselor: You propose ideas proactively and with a focus on the company’s strategy. You are confident in your decisions: Your solutions are pragmatic, and you move quickly when implementing them. You are a mentor. You listen and support. You teach, and you inspire. At a minimum, you have... Bachelors’ degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field. MS/MBA preferred. 10+ years’ progressive leadership experience in people operations / human resources supporting growing organizations at scale and scaling. A proven track record in leading high-performing teams to support high-performing operations in production, logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, and/or similar environments.
