Star Pediatrics is Owned and Operated by Nurses 2 Clinical Management Opportunities Excellent Opportunity for a RN Supervisory Positions in the Hudson County Territory and Passaic Essex County Territory. The RN Clinical Manager is responsible for all clinical aspects and coordination of patient services to clients in an assigned territory. This is a supervisory level position in which the RN Clinical Manager manages, plans, coordinates, monitors, implements and evaluates the clinical services provided by Star Pediatric Homecare, Inc. An RN Clinical Manager works diligently to provide quality services and options necessary to meet an individual client---s needs within the scope of services offered through direct management of field nurses. This position requires both office time and traveling to patient homes on a regular basis. Time Management as well as an ability to balance one---s schedule is an important aspect to the position. This is a rewarding position, being a key member of a team, providing private duty nursing services to medically fragile children. Credentials: Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of New Jersey. The ability to write legibly and effectively as well as communicate in English with all levels of the healthcare team, both clinical and non-clinical. CPR (health care provider) certified. Meet applicable health requirements to provide patient care. Meet the requirements of federal and/or state criminal and abuse background checks where applicable. Be a United States citizen or have appropriate documentation to work in the United States. Experience: Have a minimum of 1 year experience working as an RN, preferably in pediatrics or home care industry. Tracheostomy/Ventilator experience preferred. Will train the right candidate.
