As an integral part of the team, and contact person for the Care Center, the Business Associate is responsible for the business aspects of a patient's stay and the patient centered care within the Care Center. capacity management program functions, pre-admitting and admitting, registration, maintaining census information, chart maintenance and completion, scheduling, OR/procedure booking, performing unit reception duties, and other duties as needed.

EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE:

High School graduate or equivalent required.
Six to nine months of health care-related experience required.
Knowledge of keyboarding and basic computer skills.
Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
Successful completion of Business Associate training program and competency-based orientation.
