We are currently seeking LCSWs, LSWs, LPCs, and LACs to work part-time and full-time in our Livingston office, providing therapy services to children and adolescents. About the Role This position is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about working with kids and families, values collaboration, and wants to be part of a supportive practice that prioritizes clinical integrity and quality care. Responsibilities Provide individual therapy to children and adolescents Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans Collaborate with parents/caregivers as clinically appropriate Maintain timely and accurate documentation Participate in supervision and consultation as needed Adhere to ethical, legal, and professional standards Qualifications NJ licensed or license-eligible clinician (LCSW, LSW, LPC, LAC) Experience working with children and adolescents Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Comfortable working collaboratively with families Experience with anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, or behavioral concerns preferred What We Offer Supportive, collaborative team environment Consistent referrals and administrative support Flexible scheduling Competitive compensation Supervision available for license-eligible clinicians Opportunity for professional growth within an established practice Flexible work from home options available.
