Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. This position
offers the opportunity to provide occupational therapy services
within a dynamic school setting in Philadelphia, PA. The role
involves supporting students developmental, sensory, and functional
needs to enhance their educational experiences and promote
independence. Key Responsibilities: Deliver individualized
occupational therapy interventions tailored to students needs.
Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to develop
and implement IEP goals. Conduct assessments and progress
evaluations to monitor student growth. Utilize purposeful
activities to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, and
daily living skills. Maintain accurate documentation and
communicate regularly with the educational team. Travel between
various school locations as required to provide seamless support.
Desired Qualifications: Current occupational therapy license in the
state of Pennsylvania. Experience working within school-based
settings preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
to work effectively with children and educational teams. Ability to
adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse student needs. Flexibility
to travel between multiple school sites within the specified area.
Location: Philadelphia, PA with travel to multiple schools within
