LPNs at The Grand Healthcare System play a crucial role in enhancing patient outcomes and upholding our reputation for exceptional care. Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients. Provide basic patient care and treatments, such as dressing wounds, treating bedsores, giving injections, and checking vital signs. Advocate for patients' health needs with supervising doctors and staff. Prepare patients for, and assist with, examinations and treatments. Operate and monitor medical equipment. Help patients with bathing, dressing, maintaining personal hygiene, moving in bed, or standing and walking. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in maintaining accurate health care records and reports. Adept at using medical software (e.g., healthcare management software). Capability to adhere to safety and health policies. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Current state-issued LPN license. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
