Job Description Physical Therapist Assistant – Full-Time, Days

. This full-time, Monday–Friday, daytime position gives you the

and family-friendly lifestyle. Job Responsibilities As a Physical
Therapist Assistant, you’ll work under the supervision of licensed
Physical Therapists to deliver individualized treatment plans that
promote healing and restore function. Daily responsibilities
include: Implementing prescribed therapeutic exercises, mobility
training, and use of modalities. Monitoring patient progress,
documenting treatment sessions, and reporting updates to the
supervising therapist. Assisting patients in adapting to physical
limitations and achieving functional goals. Supporting program
development, departmental goals, and safe clinical practices.
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality
patient-centered care. Maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant
care environment. Minimum Qualifications Graduate of an accredited
Physical Therapist Assistant program. Active PTA license in Wyoming
(or eligible for licensure). One year of experience in a
rehabilitation or long-term care setting preferred. Strong
interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to
adapt to changing patient needs and work as part of a collaborative
