Job Description:
Doctors Subacute Care is looking for a Registered Nurse to join
our dedicated team. This role focuses on providing high-quality
patient care in a subacute environment, working closely with
patients who require long-term care. Our facility is committed to
excellent clinical outcomes and places a high priority on
compassionate, patient-centric health services. We support our
nursing staff with continued professional development and a
collaborative team environment. Assess, plan, implement, and
evaluate patient care plans in a subacute care setting. Collaborate
with a multidisciplinary team to provide and coordinate patient
care. Communicate effectively with patients and their families,
ensuring compassionate support and clear understanding of care
procedures. Administer medications and maintain accurate patient
records. Advocate for patients' health and well-being within the
facility. Monitor patient recovery and respond to emergencies
appropriately. Strong clinical skills in a healthcare setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in
using medical software and electronic health records Capability to
work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team Strong
decision-making and problem-solving skills Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiac Life
Support (ACLS) preferred
