Technical Transformation develops and executes employee-centric
strategies that support Insmed’s digital, system-enabled, and
technical transformation priorities. This role leads change
management, communications, and learning efforts that ensure
awareness, adoption, and sustainability of initiatives impacting
the broader employee population. centric strategies that support
The Senior Manager partners closely with HR, IT, Corporate
Communications and business functions to ensure effective execution
of transformation initiatives. The role blends technical
understanding with organizational change expertise to enhance
employee experience, drive adoption of new technologies, and
strengthen Insmed’s readiness for change. What You'll Do: In this
role, you will have the opportunity to build and execute structured
change management plans for digital. technical, and system-enabled
initiatives with broad organizational impact. You will also:
Technical & System-Enabled Change Leadership Assess change
readiness and stakeholder impacts; collaborate across project teams
to design and implement strategies that promote awareness,
adoption, and reinforcement. Apply formal change management
methodologies (e.g., Prosci) as well as our Insmed change framework
to ensure consistent and effective execution. Communications,
Engagement & Learning Develop comprehensive engagement strategies
and content, including change plans, communications, and learning
resources. Create toolkits, Quick Reference Guides, facilitator
materials, stakeholder communications/PowerPoint decks, and
on?demand content. Work closely with Corporate Communications to
develop effective messaging and leverage enterprise communication
channels. Use creative and innovative approaches to drive strong
employee engagement and accelerate adoption. Employee Insights &
Voice of Customer Lead listening sessions, focus groups, and other
mechanisms to understand employee needs and perspectives. Use
feedback, data, and adoption metrics to evaluate the impact of
change efforts and refine strategies. Stakeholder Engagement &
Facilitation Facilitate presentations, workshops, and training
sessions that support stakeholder alignment and organizational
readiness. Partner with HR Business Partners, IT leadership, and
functional teams to ensure leaders and teams are prepared for
upcoming changes and equipped to cascade messages effectively.
Transformation Center of Excellence (COE) Support Contribute to
developing standardized tools, templates, and frameworks that
strengthen Insmed’s approach to transformation. Help build
organizational capability by delivering change management learning,
coaching, and support to teams and leaders. Vendor & Partner
Management Manage external partners supporting transformation and
ensure alignment, quality, and effective delivery of change
management activities. Oversee vendor or contractor contributions
as part of project execution. Technical & Organizational
Understanding Apply knowledge of change management, digital
transformation practices, and strategic communication to achieve
project success. Understand how system or process changes influence
business operations and employee experience and collaborate to
address risks and readiness needs. Who You Are: You have 5 years of
related experience within IT, HR, Organizational Change Management,
Technical Communications or Learning & Development required; prior
experience in Pharma and/or Biotech a plus. You are or have: 3-5
years of demonstrated experience and success supporting large-scale
technical/systems change or transformation initiatives Strong
knowledge of change management methodologies, digital
transformation concepts, and strategic communication practices.
Excellent relationship-building and collaboration skills across
global, cross-functional teams. Exceptional written and verbal
communication skills; experience crafting communications for global
multi-level enterprise audiences. Strong stakeholder management
skills, and ability to influence without authority Demonstrated
experience designing learning materials and facilitating workshops
or training sessions. Strong ability to innovate and create
engaging, employee?centric content and experiences. High attention
to detail, adaptability, and follow?through. High proficiency in
Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Familiarity with project management tools Experience using
Articulate 360, Synthesia, Sana, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and/or
other learning/content development tools preferred PROSCI
Certification preferred Work experience within Pharma or Biotech
