* This person will be L1/L2 line of defense before higher level
engineers are called . They want to be able to resolve issues
internally.* Administrative type role* O365 administration* AD
administration* LAN background - Cisco/Fortinet - don't need to be
an expert but need some hands on experience with it* Fundamental
networking skills/knowledge* Meraki access points* Azure cloud
knowledge a big plus but not required* Personality is key - someone
who takes initiative, wants to learn and grow
