Systems is looking for experienced software leaders who are
passionate about the craft of software engineering, have a desire
to mentor our engineers, and can partner with members of our
engineering leadership team to attract and retain talented
engineers.The selected individual, will manage a group of 10 to 20
software engineers, providing them with technical mentoring, career
guidance and performance feedback. Additionally, we want to grow
our team, and the selected individual will be integral in
interviewing and hiring new software team members. You will be an
active member of the Software Engineering leadership team, shaping
the software culture and process while ensuring the staffing and
technical needs of the business are met. You will work with our
programs using your technical skills and experience to ensure the
design, implementation, and sustainment of our software solutions
meet and exceed customer expectations. Technical roles include
leading architecture and design reviews, product implementation,
strategic initiative implementation, bid and proposal development,
next generation solution planning and other areas of engagement
that align with your skills and career aspirations. Specifically,
the area of focus of your group would be related to the software
development of products that provide critical test capabilities to
ensure that our technical solutions meet the needs of our War
Fighters. This position will report to our Software Engineering
leadership for the product areas in Wayne/Totowa, NJ as a strategic

of the time.Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Must hold an active DoD Secret level security clearance
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science, computer engineering, or
related field
- Experience in project leadership/management such as Earned
Value and scheduling
- Software development background in C++ and LabView
- Foundation in Object-Oriented design and implementation
principles
- Experience with software and systems engineering processes,
methodologies, and tools
- Experience performing software testing, validation, and
verification activities
- Experience working with lab test equipment such as logic
analyzers and oscilloscopes
- Ability to develop, lead, and motivate technical teams
- Strong problem-solving skills that translate to working

InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $147300 - $250400Please note:
This range is based on our market pay structures. However,
individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors
including, but not limited to: business considerations, local
market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate
qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience. Employee
