Securitas Security Services USA, Inc., a leading provider of security solutions, is seeking a skilled Alarm Technician to join our Technical Support & Troubleshooting team. This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity and effectiveness of our electronic security systems, including alarms for fire, intrusion, and safety. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing alarm systems ensuring they function perfectly to protect our clients' properties and ensure their safety. Install, maintain, and repair various types of alarm systems including but not limited to fire, security, and emergency alarms. Conduct regular testing and preventative maintenance to ensure systems are fully functional and comply with safety standards. Troubleshoot system malfunctions and perform necessary repairs. Provide technical support and guidance to clients on the proper use and maintenance of their alarm systems. Collaborate with the security team to integrate alarm systems with other security measures. Document all installation and maintenance activities. Profound knowledge of alarm systems and electronic security devices. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Proficient in using tools and technology relevant to alarm installation and repair. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Alarm Technician Level I (CAT I) by the Electronic Security Association (ESA) preferred. Familiarity with industry-standard security technology and brands.
