Responsibilities • Serve as the primary point of contact for end
users seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or help desk
tickets. • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues
across Windows, mobile devices, and virtual desktop environments. •
Deliver prompt, accurate, and professional support with strong
customer service and communication skills. • Install, configure,
and maintain desktop systems, applications, and peripheral devices.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to IT teams or external
vendors as necessary. • Maintain detailed, accurate documentation
of incidents and resolutions within Jira Service Management. •
Assist with user account creation, password resets, MFA
configuration, and access management across Azure Windows PC,
Active Directory, Office 365, custom R&T applications, RSA,
Okta, JIRA, SharePoint, and related systems. • Provide expert-level
support for Office 365, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, OneDrive, and
collaborative tools. • Participate in IT initiatives including
system upgrades, deployments, rollouts, and migrations. • Follow
established IT procedures, SOPs, and documentation for recurring
tasks and incidents. • Educate end users on technology best
practices, security awareness, and standard workflows. • Manage
full onboarding and offboarding processes, including equipment
setup, access provisioning, and system deactivation. • Administer
and support VDI environments, including Azure Virtual Desktop
deployments and configuration updates. • Manage device deployments,
patching schedules, and compliance through Azure Intune. •
Identify, remediate, and track vulnerabilities across Windows
systems and third-party applications deployed to VDIs. •
Participate in rotating on-call support for nights and weekends

Administration Additional Skills & Qualifications • Experience
managing and supporting VDI deployments in an Azure-based
environment. • Proficiency with Azure Intune for device management,
patching, and application deployment. • Strong understanding of
vulnerability management across Windows and third-party software. •
Ability to configure and support MFA solutions (Okta, RSA, Azure
MFA). • Availability for scheduled on-call rotations
(nights/weekends). Experience Level Expert-Level Job Type &
Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New York,
NY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 -
$32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may
depend on your job classification and length of employment.
