Job Description:
Lockheed Martin is seeking a highly skilled Radar & Signal
Processing AI Engineer Lead to drive innovation in our defense and
aerospace projects. This role involves leading the development and
implementation of cutting-edge AI technologies for radar and signal
processing systems. As a champion of ethical standards and

algorithms, radar technology, and strong leadership abilities to

diverse range of products and services. Lead and manage the
development of AI algorithms for advanced radar and signal
processing systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to
integrate AI technologies into defense products and systems.
Oversee the design, testing, and implementation of signal
processing strategies. Mentor and guide team members, promoting an
inclusive and ethical work environment. Ensure compliance with
industry standards and company policies throughout the project
lifecycle. Stay updated with latest advancements in AI and radar
technologies and apply this knowledge to ongoing projects.
Expertise in AI and machine learning algorithms specific to signal
and image processing. Strong background in software development,
including Python, C++, and MATLAB. Experience with radar technology
and signal processing techniques. Proven ability to lead and manage
technical teams. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
