About the Role The IT Testing Engineer II is responsible for hands-on manual and automation testing of .NET-based web applications. This role requires strong experience in functional testing, web UI testing, test case development, and defect management across Agile and/or Waterfall environments. The ideal candidate brings Healthcare domain knowledge and ensures high-quality releases through comprehensive validation and collaboration with development teams. Key Responsibilities • Perform hands-on functional and web UI testing for .NET applications • Create and maintain test scripts, plans, and cases • Conduct regression, post-release, and UAT testing • Identify, document, and track defects to resolution • Collaborate with developers to ensure software meets business requirements Required Experience • 5 years QA experience (Technology or Healthcare) • Manual & automation testing (Selenium or AI-based tools) • SDLC knowledge (Agile/Waterfall) and defect management experience • Strong communication skills; ability to work with business users • Healthcare knowledge a plus: HIPAA, Claims Processing, Medicare/Medicaid, EDI transactions (837, 834, 835, 270, 276) Education & additional Requirements • BS/BA preferred • Remote work capability with dedicated workspace and high-speed internet Flexible Working At Conduent, we value individuality and flexible working arrangements.
