We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced, AI Analytics
Solutions Manager within JPMorgan Chase in Cybersecurity Technology
& Controls. You will contribute to our AI development efforts. The
ideal candidate will have a strong background in (AI) artificial
intelligence, (ML) machine learning, and data science, with a
proven track record of leveraging popular AI products and services
to deliver impactful solutions. This role requires a strategic
thinker with the ability to drive AI initiatives that are
innovative and align to our Technology Risk and Resiliency Goals.
Job Responsibilities: Hands on coding to bring the experimental
results into production solutions by collaborating with engineering
team. Owning end to end code development for both proof of
concept/experimentation and production-ready solutions. Contribute
to the development and implementation of AI strategies that align
with JPMorgan Chase's objectives and drive innovation. Design,
develop, and deploy AI models and solutions. Collaborate with
cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies into existing
products and services. Ensure the scalability, performance, and
security of AI solutions. Implement technology risk controls to
safeguard AI systems and data integrity. Develop and maintain
business continuity plans to ensure the resilience and availability
of AI services. Foster a culture of continuous learning and
improvement. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Obtain 6 years of experience in AI/ML development and application
knowledge with a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Data
Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Engineering, or
similar STEM discipline. Strong understanding of GenAI and LLM
technologies and their applications. Experience with AI/ML
frameworks and libraries. Proven experience with AI and machine
learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
Familiarity with cloud-based AI services such as AWS SageMaker,
Google AI Platform, or Microsoft Azure AI. Proficiency in
programming languages such as Python or R for AI/ML model
development/deployment. Ability to translate complex technical
concepts into clear documentation and presentations. Strong
problem-solving skills and a creative approach to AI/ML
application. Hands-on knowledge of Chain-of-Thoughts,
Tree-of-Thoughts, Graph-of-Thoughts prompting strategies. Cloud
computing: Amazon Web Service, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes,
DataBricks, Snowflakes. Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and
skills: Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and
computer vision technologies. Knowledge of big data technologies
such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka. Experience in deploying AI models
in production environments. Experience in implementing technology
risk controls and business continuity planning. CTC
