Job Description:
Pay Rate: $35,000 - $45,000 annually New Job Opportunity for
Paralegals! Smart Staffing Group is seeking Paralegals.
Responsibilities: Provide overall support to attorneys Conduct
research to support legal proceedings Assist with the
drafting/reviewing of legal documents Investigate facts to assist
with the negotiation of legal disputes Monitor/ensure compliance
with state and federal regulations Record/store client information
Requirements: ? ? Paralegal Certification ? Enjoy extensive contact
with clients, insurance adjusters and medical providers. ? Must be
able to multi-task, prioritize responsibilities, and demonstrate
strong attention to detail. ? Able to work in a fast-paced work
environment, and be willing to be part of a team culture that
requires collaboration with fellow team members. ? Must have strong
technical skills - typing, outlook, etc. (testing modules will be
required) ? Must be polished & professional - this is a client
facing role.
