Leidy's Pork Products Overview: The Driver is responsible for
loading, transporting, and unloading daily orders to Leidy’s, LLC
customers, following assigned delivery routes while ensuring the
proper care of both company and customer property. Based on
operational needs, drivers may also be routed between manufacturing
locations, which may include deliveries outside of their standard
delivery area. Key Responsibilities: Product Handling & Delivery
Properly load, unload, and secure products using appropriate
equipment. Check loads and invoices to ensure correct product and
case counts. Handle customer returns in accordance with company
procedures. Documentation & Payments Complete all required
paperwork accurately and on time. Return customer payments and
match receipts against invoices as needed. Compliance & Safety
Follow all USDA, SQF, DOT, Leidy’s HACCP, and safety regulations,
standards, and guidelines. Abide by all applicable laws, safety
rules, and company policies. Report any unusual circumstances,
accidents, or safety concerns to the manager or route supervisor.
Customer Service Communicate all customer concerns and complaints
to the direct supervisor or manager. Represent the company in a
professional and courteous manner at all times. Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Ability to operate
delivery equipment safely and efficiently. Strong attention to
detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and
customer service skills. Familiarity with food safety and
transportation regulations is a plus. 2-5 Years OTR driving
