This role is crucial in supporting the production of our innovative medical devices and products that enhance patient care and safety. As a Detailed Assembler, you will engage in the precision assembly of components, ensuring stringent quality adherence and contributing directly to the efficacy of our medical products. Assemble components and devices in accordance with detailed manufacturing protocols. Follow standard operating procedures to meet the quality standards and regulations. Inspect, test, and adjust completed units to ensure that units meet specifications, tolerances, and customer order requirements. Operate and maintain all equipment in a clean and safe manner. Record production information via electronic batch records or specified paperwork. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and suggest ways to reduce costs while maintaining quality. Work collaboratively with quality control and assurance teams to identify and rectify defects. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Proficiency in reading and interpreting assembly instructions and drawings. Ability to use basic hand tools and assembly equipment. Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and documentation. Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical tasks that may involve lifting up to 30 pounds. Medical Insurance 401k Certifications in Manufacturing Practices such as Lean Six Sigma, ISO standards, or any relevant industrial assembly certifications are highly desirable but not mandatory.
