Job Description:

The--Director of--Solutions Engineering & Integration--will accelerate our technology function to meet our business goals, maximize the business value from our technology investments, and unleash overarching innovation for our organization, employees and customers. This key position works closely with the Enterprise Architecture Leader as well as across the technology teams to define the overarching infrastructure engineering strategy, architecture, designs, technology selection and deployment of solutions that meet business demand.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:* Work across geographically dispersed team to develop the strategy, architecture, roadmaps, design and implementation of solutions.* Continuous interaction with leadership and partners to ensure their needs and requirements are met, as well as providing them with the current state and impacts to their markets.* Maintain professional knowledge of current trends and developments IT Infrastructure synergies across the pillars.* Responsible for the long-term planning and budgeting. Work closely with operations teams and service providers to maintain sufficient operating capacity and performance across the enterprise.* Sponsor all internal overarching engineering topics, related projects and transformation efforts involving Product, Systems and Solutions Engineering.* Responsible for the quality and performance of the services provided from managed service providers.* Provide direction to the team to ensure the managed service partners have the necessary process, tools, and support to be successful.* Act as the fourth level escalation point for incidents related to multiple engineering platform failures and related DRP issues.* Work with the operations teams, Managed Service Partners and Vendor Management, as appropriate, to ensure the equipment and services adhere to our over-arching strategy, standards and policies.* Partner with the Vendor Performance Management to provide input on ensuring that the relevant managed service provider(s) adheres to contractual and commercial obligations (e.g., ARCs, RRCs, SLA credits, etc.).* Oversee problem resolution activities and ensures that the process is timely, and reaches a successful solution and that the overarching strategy is adjusted as appropriate.* Review weekly and monthly metrics reports from the managed service providers. Report variances and finding to Service Management. Work with the operations teams and providers to identify/perform ways to remediate service issues.* Overall responsibility for the completion of audit remediation tasks related to the scope of the applicable services.* Accountable for the development, monitoring, and compliance to the relevant budget.
