Job Description:
The Pre-Closing Team Leader will manage workflow of the Title
Reviewers by supervising work, ensuring timely completion of work
and ensuring accuracy of work.Responsibilities include but are not
limited to:* Manage Title Reviewers ensuring that all assignments
and projects are completed in a timely manner and that all
deadlines are met.* Ensure timely scheduling and completion of all
loan closings.* Review and approve all closing documents for
accuracy & completeness.* Monitor the submission and review of all
title work.* Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements/
departmental policies & procedures.* Train new hires and provide
ongoing training and development to existing staff.* Provide input
and assistance in resolving disputes, discrepancies & complaints.*
Provide input to employee evaluations.
