Our construction industry client is looking for an 1st--Shift Material Handler for their warehouse in Wayne, NJ. This is a Contract position for about 5-months (through to March 2021) and eligible for Kelly Services Contractor perks such as Medical, Dental, Vision coverage through the ACA compliant healthcare plan. Pay rate: 16.00--per hour;--projected start date is November 16th. Position will be on site and the contract is through March 5th 2021. Schedule: This is a full-time (40-hours a week average), 1st--shift. Hours are Monday-Friday from 7:00am-3:30pm--(1/2-hour lunch) Job duties include: Maintain inventory of all assigned product. Unload/receive products, materials, and supplies from trucks. Place finished product into inventory or ship to customer according. Perform weekly cycle counts and verify. Generate receipt travelers from computer system and verify accuracy of information. Operate standup forklift. Work with hand tools in a safe and effecient manner (complying with 5S/housekeeping standards) Job requirements: High School Diploma (or GED) is requiredAbility to frequently bend, kneel, reach, and sit or stand for long periods of timeAbility to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed; Must be able to--wear a mask during shift Previous experience in a manufacturing setting (at least 1 year of expeirence) APPLY TODAY FOR IMMEDIATE CONSIDERATION!
