As an International Trade Compliance Import/Export Analyst, you will work with customers to shape and close international business opportunities in concert with internal objectives. Work products and interactions will be at multiple levels, from your program office team, to executive leadership. The selected candidate will be a part of the International Trade Compliance team managing and executing the export licenses and agreements of complex international activities in concert with company policies and customer requirements with limited guidance. Interpret and communicate export regulations and export strategies to the program team and management. Position requires knowledge of ITAR and EAR laws and regulations. Develop and maintain professional and dependable relationships with internal and external customers.

Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires US citizenship status

Required Education, Experience, & Skills Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience or 6 years of experience in lieu of degree

International Studies or related field.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

Utilize computer skills to prepare appropriate report and documents.

Proactive and self-motivated, highly organized, ability to handle shifting priorities and ability to communicate effectively and professionally (both orally and in writing) with internal and external customers at all levels of the organization

Make decisions using sound judgement while complying with policies, procedures, appropriate principles and applicable state and federal laws and regulations.

Analyze, evaluate, develop and implement processes and systems within budget and adhere to time requirements and schedule.

Exercise discretion and independent judgement in the performance of duties and tasks outlined above.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Bachelor's degree

Knowledge of OCR Electronic Management System

Experience in export licensing

Drafting licenses and technical assistance agreements, auditing, writing processes and procedures
