Quality Engineering Coach
Professionals will lead the coaching of multiple, distributed teams
and be responsible for leading built-in quality transformation at a
program level. Role includes direct coaching and support to a large
transformation project. Should have strong shift left, built-in
quality, testing & automation to also provide direct support and
SME support to a large project team. Will coach RTEs, Product
Owners/Managers, Scrum Masters, and team members towards performing
at their highest level and transitioning away from waterfall

NJ; Tampa, FL; Lebanon, VA
FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coach across the program layer (e.g., breakdown of epic to
features, stand up of systems teams, product management, etc.) and
to maintain portfolio and team level execution alignment. You will
coach between 2 to 6 teams
• Coaching ATDD, BDD, TDD practices to ensure proper test first
approach to shift left and built in quality
• Mentoring on proper code reviews, unit testing, story writing
• Facilitate Value Stream mapping workshops with built-in quality &
shift left in mind
• Support Community of Practice (CoP) by actively engaging and
contributing to best practices
• Will be an enterprise evangelist of built-in quality ceremonies,
practices and values.
• 10+ years of IT experience. Prior delivery role (e.g., developer,
tester) experience highly desirable
• 3+ years of coaching experience, including programs with offshore
and distributed teams
• Experience coaching in highly matrixed organizations including
highly diverse technology environments (e.g., Java, .Net,
Mainframe, Cloud Services, etc.)
• Excellent facilitation and written and verbal skills
• Implementing and coaching teams in ATDD, BDD & TDD
• Experience using test automation tools & frameworks like
selenium, cucumber, HP, etc.
• One or more Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, CSPO, CSP, PSM,
PSPO) required. SAFe certifications (SA, SP, SPC) highly
• Experience with several agile project management tools (Jira,
VersionOne, Rally, etc)
• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting business
information/data management initiatives with a focus on new
• Ability to present analysis and findings in business context.
Experience working with a cross-functional team to implement a key
strategic project / enhancements
• Depending upon the need, ability to act in different capacities
for various tasks and projects
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Experience with the team operating from Onsite and remotely
• Experience with creating a roadmap for large scale agile
transformation from Waterfall to Agile
• Experience with working Client executives and presenting Roadmap
for Agile transformation
