Commercial Lines Underwriter - REMOTEJob Description:Well known agency seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Lines Underwriter who demonstrates clear knowledge and understanding of commercial lines insurance coverage. Candidate will be familiar with all coverage lines with both admitted and non-admitted carriers.Analyze broker commercial submissions within underwriting appetite to rate, quote, bind new and renewal commercial insurance coverage.Experience with all standard commercial lines of coverageAccounts as large as 250k and averaging 30k in written premium.Responsible for territory, including regular agency visits (virtual).Work together with the underwriting team, assisting when value can be provided.Perform touches on agencies and individuals not consistently sending in business.Requirements:3 years + of Commercial Insurance Underwriting experienceBachelor's Degree is strongly desiredExceptional organizational and presentation skillsMust be willing to acquire Property & Casualty (P&C) license within 6 months.
