Job Description:

The Digital Workplace Solutions Manager role is responsible for the development and continuous improvement of Digital Workplace technology solutions to drive technology outcomes to maximize business value from our information technology investments, and unleash overarching innovation for our organization, employees, and customers. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for the development, management, and continuous improvement of a modern digital workplace environment at Valley National Bank focused on employee enablement and enhancing the employee technology experience.
• Drive service improvement across the Digital Workplace space by making repeatable tasks more efficient through automation, reducing the administrative overhead associated workplace operations, workplace delivery and workplace engineering, including configuration variations, performance issues on endpoint devices and security vulnerabilities.
• Work with the Director of Digital Workplace Services to establish modern workplace technology roadmaps, engineering strategy and operating standards based on industry best practices.
• Lead the transformation of all elements of the Digital Workplace to unlock the productive of Valley associates including defining user device standards, device life cycle management, video conferencing solutions, mobility solutions and productivity solution.
• Drive the development of a service management culture geared towards the management and operation of all Digital Workplace Services.
• Monitor and optimize digital workplace technology software license usage and entitlements.
• Support the Digital Workplace Technology and enterprise project management planning and execution.
• Work very closely with Technology Operations and other IT stakeholders to drive coordination and collaboration in the execution of Digital Workplace services.
