Quick Box Fulfillment is looking for a Client Services Administrator to help with day to day tasks within the Client Services team. The Client Services team is responsible for all communications to the Quick Box client base. As part of the team you will be responsible for communicating to C level employees both within Quick Box and our Clients.

Essential Duties & Job Functions:

  • Support Client Services team by answering inbound calls from clients and customers. Field basic level client inquiries, ensuring timely response and follow up.
  • Escalate issues or inquiries requiring senior level input and help ensure resolution.
  • Pull and analyze reporting prior to providing to client.
  • Review, triage and resolve service tickets submitted by Quick Box Clients
  • Process daily client orders according to agreed upon SLAs and business rules.
  • Monitor and assist Operations team with incoming receipts specific to assigned clients.
  • Other administrative duties as required and assigned
    Pay Rate: $20-24/hr


    Job Qualifications Mandatory:
    • High school diploma or GED
    • Quick/Critical Thinker with the ability to think on your own
    • Strong computer and word processing skills
    • Works well in Team environments
    • Willing to contribute ideas and feedback
    • Ability to learn on the go and pickup processes while in flight
    • Dependable and Punctual
    • Extremely Organized but able to adapt at will
    • Proficient in Microsoft applications
      Preferred Qualifications:
      • Associates, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
      • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software preferred
        Physical Demands:

        o Sight: Must be able to see well enough to read product lot numbers and expiration dates, read reports, and use a computer.

        o Hearing: Must be able to hear well enough to communicate in person or via technology, and to hear warning signals of forklifts and warehouse equipment.

        o Walking: Must be able to walk without assistance to perform job duties.

        o Mobility: Must be able to be mobile to operate warehouse machinery.

        o Sitting: Must be able to sit for shift duration.

        o Stooping, Kneeling: Must be able to stoop or kneel for short periods of time.

        o Hand Mobility: Must be able to have mobility in hands to open and seal packaging, utilize keyboard functions, and utilize phone systems.

        Work Environment:

        This position is based in Wayne, NJ, Atlanta, GA, and Denver, CO operating out of a Warehouse environment.

        Warehouse Environmental Conditions are as follows:

        - Moderate noise level in the work environment.

        - Work environment is indoors.

        - Warehouse temperatures may vary depending on outside temperatures.
