Overview

Konica Minolta is looking for a Sr Multimedia Specialist to join our Marketing team! The main responsibility of this position is to plan, manage, and create multimedia content for all programs, projects, and initiatives conducted by the learning and development team. This Group is KMBS' enterprise learning and professional development team with primary responsibilities in the areas of sales and product learning.
Responsibilities

* Run concurrent projects effectively, including print-based, eLearning, multimedia, digital media, 2-D and 3-D animations, and related learning projects.* Lead all internal and external status calls / meetings as the primary point of contact on projects* Leads the planning and implementation of projects, accountable for all project plans, job opening/start up meetings, scheduling resources, tracking and overall quality* Facilitates the definition of the scope, goals and deliverables; creates and manages timelines* Defines tasks and resource requirements, assembles and coordinates appropriate staff; manages resource workflow* Constantly monitors and reports on progress of the project to all stakeholders* Provides ongoing updates and recommendations including status updates, changes in scope and project-specific strategy* Monitors workflow and manages any issues that prevent the completion of the project* Responsible for video production from beginning to end. This includes pre-production planning, lighting, and videography, as well as audio and video editing. Video production will be handled as part of a team, or completely independently depending on the project.* Design graphic elements and typography for video and course content.* Design, develop, maintain, implement and evaluate current and new training materials to be used for Konica Minolta Business Solutions' online and classroom-based training courses, using adult learning theories of instructional design.* Create interactive courses for online, mobile devices, and VILT training.* Implement a creative approach to multimedia projects and course development.
Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in video, communications, or multimedia* 7+ years of experience in the creation of multimedia* 7+ years of videography experience. Including set creation, actor choice, camera angles, lighting, sound. * Demonstrates significant understanding of the scope of all assigned projects, proactively and efficiently managing details throughout project
