Highsnobiety is a multi-media, global entertainment brand that inspires young people to lead their most stylish and culturally relevant lives by covering news and trends in fashion, sneakers, music, art and entertainment. Reaching 50+ million men each month, Highsnobiety is both an influential AND fast growing, award winning media company.
This role aims to craft engaging, on-brand content for Highsnobiety's B2B campaigns, which requires a thorough understanding of the client, creative brief and vision of the campaign. The Executive Producer, Events is part of our content studio and working closely with the various departments of our in-house agency both in the US and Globally. They will drive the team to create powerful, engaging, top-of-class custom program productions that connect brands with our audience and provide Highsnobiety readers an amazing experience.
Your Mission:


  • Lead and execute multi-channel experiences with creative and strategic objectives for all Highsnobiety events
  • Oversee operations, direct staff (freelancers, suppliers and vendors), source venues, talent coordination, legal affairs and contracts
  • Own, maintain and continue to build a strong national and international network of industry professionals, talent, vendors and venues
  • Review, edit and budget event proposals
  • Ensure all events are delivered on-time, within scope, creative direction and budget
  • Collaborate across different teams such as creative, project management, sales and editorial to ensure successful executions
  • Partner with external clients to adhere to both internal and external brand guidelines.

    Your Skills:

    • 5+ years experience working in (digital) video/photo production
    • Creative and analytical thinker, decision maker, problem solver capable of managing and directing multiple event stakeholders
    • Resilient and able to handle multiple projects consistently
    • Ability to work well under pressure and enjoy working in a forward-thinking, dynamic and global team
    • Understand of the Highsnobiety aesthetic and readership
    • Have a deep understanding of cultural and commercial partnerships
    • Being rooted in music and pop culture as well as entertainment with a sweet tooth for art, design and technology
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
