Job Description:
A company is looking for a Software Developer and IT Lead, 100%
Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support and routine operations by responding to helpdesk
tickets and managing staff access
Manage technical projects aimed at improving IT systems, including
automation and internal software development
Enhance security measures, monitor for threats, and provide
training to staff on cybersecurity practices
Required Qualifications
Adaptable and fast learner, comfortable with problem-solving in
ambiguous situations
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Organized with strong project management skills
Comfortable with evolving job functions as IT and security needs
change
3+ years of experience in IT management, product/project
management, or software development is preferred
