Job Profile:Join our fun, high-energy team as a Senior Home Lending Advisor in Chase Home Lending. Use your knowledge of home lending products to serve as your customers' main contact throughout the loan process, supported by our knowledgeable team. Adhere to regulatory requirements while marketing Chase's financial products. This role offers growth opportunities and a chance to make a significant impact.As a Senior Home Lending Advisor, you will guide clients on their journey to homeownership and achieve strong sales results. Your expertise in home lending will be crucial in providing excellent service and maintaining compliance.Job Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor the branch team on products and services.
• Collaborate with bankers to meet with their customers and introduce new clients to additional products and services.
• Partner with your team to create an outstanding customer experience using various marketing efforts like direct mail, media ads, cross-selling, relocation programs, and online resources.
• Develop strong relationships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations, especially in designated territories.
• Establish yourself as a mortgage expert by maintaining good relationships with customers and providing financial recommendations based on analysis and product knowledge.Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• At least three years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of the local real estate market.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Understanding of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Experience with FHA/VA sales.
  • Skills in marketing, relationship building, and consulting.
  • Intermediate PC skills in a Windows environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales or real estate.This position requires compliance with Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act and registration with NMLS under the SAFE Act. Employment is contingent upon background checks, credit reports, and regulatory compliance.
