• Support the selling and service processes; provide guidance to the team to achieve sales goals and execute company initiatives.
• Provide feedback to store management on associate performance and concerns.
• Assist in training associates on processes, standards, tasks, and product knowledge.
• Handle store opening and closing procedures, along with daily operational functions.
