The Sr Compensation Administration and Operations Analyst supports the Total Rewards team in the ongoing administration of incentive compensation programs for the Bank. This role will be part of a team responsible for the design, communication, execution, analysis, and change management for all sales and incentive plans, performance reporting, and payment calculations.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:* Responsible for the ongoing administration of the Bank's incentive compensation plans.* Partner with IT, Finance and lines of businesses to streamline and automate incentive/commission payment calculations and reporting.* Ensure effective and efficient controls are applied in payment calculations.* Partner with the Incentive Compensation Manager in the implementation and ongoing administration of the incentive compensation system.* Collect, audit, and manipulate data necessary to calculate periodic incentive/commission payments and reporting.* Create insightful analysis, reports, and dashboards to improve compensation administration, budgeting and progress against preestablished production goals.* Perform ongoing analysis to ensure incentive plans are in alignment with business objectives and driving desired results.* Assist in quarterly incentive compensation budget accruals process.* Partner with payroll, line of business and HR Business Partners to resolve commission and incentive related questions and discrepancies.* Evaluate current processes and interaction across divisional teams and partner to streamline processes in order to improve efficiency and accuracy.* Provide earnings reports to Accounting for various analyses and the Chief Risk Officer for annual Incentive Compensation Review.* Serve as point of contact for both internal and external incentive compensation audits.
