Let's figure out what's next together. If you ask us, this job looks pretty great. Kelly Professional & Industrial is looking for a Maintenance Mechanic C for our client in Wayne, NJ. This role will be working 2nd shift hours, Monday-Friday. Sound good? Take a closer look below. This is a Contract-to-hire position for about 6-months and eligible for Kelly Services Contractor perks such as Medical, Dental, Vision coverage through the ACA compliant healthcare plan.

$25/hour Temp-to-hire Schedule: This is a full-time (40+ hours a week). Hours are Monday-Friday 3pm-11:30pm (1/2-hour lunch). Job duties include:

• Perform routine preventive maintenance and inspection on equipment
• Attend to emergency repair and troubleshooting of equipment
• Perform assigned weekly maintenance schedule
• Communicate and cooperate with fellow employees to maintain quality, operational efficiency, and safety environment
• Perform and conduct Predictive and Annual PM Maintenance
• Conduct snow plowing, shoveling or sweeping from sidewalks, building entrances and apply de-icer
• Conduct building and ground maintenance
  Job requirements:
  • Associate Engineering Technology graduate or High School diploma equivalent diploma
  • At least 3 years experience in Electrical and Process Instrument Troubleshooting or at least 3 years experience in Industrial Maintenance Mechanics
  • Able to work independently with less supervision
  • Must have valid NJ drivers license
  • Good communication skills, written and verbal
  • Knowledgeable in personal computer operation
  • Able to read and follow SOPs labels, instructions, and MSDS's
  • Good math skills
