Overview

Konica Minolta Sensing Americas, Inc., a leading company in the Imaging Industry specializing in color instrumentation and Light Measurement has an excellent opportunity for a Service Technician to support our growing business. KMSA is looking for an achievement focused, self starter for this position. This is a key role within the organization and will report to the Service Manager.
Responsibilities

--- Repair and maintenance of electronic equipment--- Provide technical support to customers--- Receiving and shipping of instruments--- Process of import/export documents - Training provided--- Preparation and management calibration certificates--- Process of service orders in Infor CRM--- Technical Support to customers over the phone
Qualifications

--- Associates Degree and/or minimum of three to five years electronic equipment repair required--- Experience in repair of photography equipment a plus--- Bilingual Spanish and English a plus--- Strong organizational and communications skills--- Proficient in MS Office, Access and Excel--- Basic knowledge and understanding of computer programming a plus--- Overtime is required--- Ability to travel a must--- Must be able to lift 50 pounds--- Team Oriented About Konica Minolta Konica Minolta's journey started 150 years ago, with a vision to see and do things differently.
